Films from countries producing less than 30 features per year.
The Jury will give the following awards:
- Golden Dolphin - Best Film
- Silver Dolphin - Special Jury Award
- Silver Dolphin - Best Director
- Silver Dolphin - Best Actor
- Silver Dolphin - Best Actress
- Silver Dolphin - Best Script
- Silver Dolphin - Best Cinematography
First Works Section
This section aims to present the first feature film of one director and it's open to all countries.
Man and His Environment
This section stretches the importance of a harmonious relationship between man and his environment (natural, cultural and social) from an ecologically minded point in a broad sense. Documentaries and full, medium and short-length fiction films will be included.
